The SYSTHEMA combines, in a single machine, the functionality of an outstanding TABLE SAW and the versatility of a MULTIFUNCTIONAL ROUTER.  Table Saw capable of processing orthogonal, linear cuts up to 3200 x 1000mm, with depth up to 66.5mm.  Multifunctional Router capable of shaping and polishing internal and external contours, with or without template, on every kind of profile; sink cut-outs and recess drains; frameworks and skirting boards; grooves (inclined and flat), slots on edges (linear and shaped), and, on the turntable, round works in semiautomatic processing.

Sector Mulit Speed Portable polishing Machine (aqua planer).  It shapes and polishes the edges of any type of natural and synthetic material.  The rptation speed can be finley adjusted from 2400 to over 10000 rpm and is visualized on the digital tachometer.  These features allow to exploit the properties of every single tool to their maximum: the diamond wheels must operate at maximum speed to obtain best cutting perfoprmance and longer lifetime; whereas the polishing ones must not exceed 3000-3500 rpm.  The spindle starts by default at the speed of 3000 rpm, in order not to compromise the vulcanized wheels with an excessive rotation speed.

Dust extractor.  Dust is exhausted through a water nebulization system and does not require pumps, filters or moving mechanical parts.  Thanks to the metallic separators with lamellar structure, dust merges with water plunging to the bottom of the internal tank, from which it is then ejected to the comtinuous outlet water flow.

Easy Bevel Clamp & Tool includes M.14 Adapter.  Transforms your angle grinder into an unerrable bevelling machine.  It allows you to bevel any kind of material with the highest precision.  The structure is wrought and sandblasted aluminium.  The guides are made of stainless steel.  The slidings and front guide is unscratchable PVC.  Has micrometric adjustment of the tool depth.

Profiled wheels for portable Routers/Systhema.  State of the art tools in diamond application for industrial purposes.  The strengths of each diamond processing technique (sintering, vacuum-brazed, electroplating and vulcanization) have been taken advantage of to obtain and outstanding set of profiling wheels where each wheel represents the best possible solution pertaining to its specific function.  The geometry of each single tool is achieved with the necessary increment so that all the steps can be accomplished without modifying the spindle trim.  Every shaped tool, in the metallic positions green, black and red can be supplied with or without tracer point according to the type of machine where it is used. The wheels are suitable for any stone material and can be used on any machine.

150mm Fulting Wheel.  The vacuum-brazed Black wheel, always keeps its true shape ensuring an accurate and uunchanging shaping.  The electroplated Red wheel guarantees a perfect honing, never loosing its shape.  The metallic Yellow wheel thanks to a very fine diamond application offers the best finishing degree possible.  The vulcanized wheel incorporate diamond into a rubber strip devoid of any irregular step.  They have a controlled expansion allowing, with on pressure, a perfect contour matching until the desired polishing is achieved.
