Surface Bonder Xi is the latest generation of colour matched adhesives for the surfacing industry.  Available in more than 300 pre-mixed colours developed for modern demanding fabrication methods such as laminating, mitering, v-grooving, integral mounted sinks and bowls and applicatioons subject to dynamic loads.

Surface Bonder Xi is a semi- automated mix and dispenser system composed of a dual component cartridge, static mixer and a hand held dispenser.  The system accurately measures, mixes and dispenses the correct amount of pre-coloured adhesive providing  consistent results, fast and uniform cure, reliable bond strength and minimal waste.

Rodding Compound RD50 is an epoxy based compound packaged in a 500ml dual component cartridge designed to embed fibreglass or steel reinforcement rods in countertops.  Testing shows that the process can improve load tolerance up to 300% and defection up tp 1600%.

Rodding Compound RD50 uses a measure-mix-dispense system (cartridge) that combines the strength of an epoxy with the cure speed and consistency of an acrylic.  RD50 saves time (15-20 minute cure time), virtually eliminates waste and reduces overall costs.

Rodding Compound provides excellent bond strength for the various rod options available to fabricators.  Steel and Fibreglass rods are both compatible.
